The Founding Cohort

We're building a Founding Cohort of motivated members.

Focused on prevention, emerging conditions, and your health's trajectory.

You're in your 30s to 60s, somewhere in middle-age and middle-health. The 'middle middle.'

You want to bend your health trajectory with small actions, and to be more literate, more proactive, with greater agency.

The cost is less than $2.40 a day — less than your double-double at Tim's. No sugar added.

What This Is

A platform for Members and their Doctors.

MyBioHealth provides plain-language literacy so you can confidently know which markers matter — six blood-based markers and six other markers like visceral fat, lean mass, blood pressure, and resting heart rate. Your Doctor sees and advises on the rest.

Our central value: purposeful small actions that are traceable — actions tied to the signals that bend your health's trajectory.

Recognition

Most people receive blood results but don't know what matters.

You may have seen results flagged as high/low or normal/abnormal — without a clear sense of what they mean or which markers matter most.

Signals like insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular risk, liver health, and visceral fat are often present, but rarely ranked or acted on — long before they become a diagnosis or an event.

How this works

For example: HbA1c is a 10-to-15-year trailing indicator of insulin resistance.

By the time it moves enough to flag, the underlying shift has been building for a decade or more — and your pancreas has been under long-term strain. It's a diagnostic for what's already happened, not a signal of what's happening now.

What matters earlier is insulin sensitivity — how efficiently your body handles glucose, and how hard your pancreas is working to keep it in range. IS shifts long before HbA1c does. Track it, understand your baseline, and the actions that move it become specific and visible.

Another example. ApoB is the emerging standard for measuring "bad cholesterol," superseding LDL alone. By the time standard LDL flags, arterial damage has often been accumulating for years — and ApoB, which measures the actual atherogenic particles, is rarely on a standard panel. The Canadian Cardiovascular Society now recommends ApoB or non-HDL-C as preferred screening markers, particularly when triglycerides are elevated.

Another example. Visceral adipose tissue (VAT) — the metabolically active fat around your organs — and lean mass — your body's largest reservoir of insulin-sensitive tissue — are leading predictors of long-term health that BMI alone misses. Both are largely invisible on a scale or in a mirror. The American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases recognizes visceral fat distribution as an independent risk factor for metabolic dysfunction-associated liver disease. A DEXA scan is the path to seeing both, knowing your baseline, and understanding what to act on.

A quarterly cadence — because your blood turns over every 90-120 days, and what you do quarterly impacts the lifetime burden on key systems: metabolism, cardiovascular, liver, resilience. The precursors of T2D, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, and frailty.

What This Is Not

Not a treatment program. Not a diagnostic service. We don't replace your physician.

What It Is

A structured, complementary layer that maximizes the Doctor / Patient relationship.

MyBioHealth organizes your signals, tracks your trajectory, and prepares you — and your doctor — for a better conversation with clear prioritization.

Participation

What participation in the Founding Cohort involves.

Participants agree to:

  • Quarterly blood work; yes, till the Primary six and the six structural and contextual (i.e. Blood Pressure, resting heart rate, lean mass) signals are understood and trending well.
  • Two CGM cycles (14 days each)
  • One DEXA scan
  • Micro-Habits — small, specific actions linked to your signals that merit your focus.
  • MyConsult — a structured summary prepared for your physician

Additional inputs: ~2 years of prior blood results, if available.

Structure: 20-minute orientation + onboarding. Initial structured phase (~90 days). Details discussed during the orientation.

Who This Fits

You believe in prevention over treatment.

You want a compounding health plan, like a compounding retirement plan.

You've been told to keep an eye on something — inflammation, A1c, lipids, liver, muscle — and you want a way to actually do it.

Best suited for those willing to engage with their data, make small consistent changes, and focus on their long-term health trajectory — informed by what matters and in consultation with their Doctor.

MyBioHealth is not a biohacking or diet platform — in fact, rather the opposite philosophy. Our intent is to provide peace of mind, knowing that what matters most is understood.

MyConsult

15 minutes with the right preparation is worth 45.

You and your Doctor share roughly fifteen minutes, a few times a year. With the right preparation, those minutes can carry the weight of a much longer conversation.

MyConsult is the brief that makes that possible. A prepared summary — yours and your Doctor's — built from your signals over time, your symptoms, your topics, and your trajectory. It arrives in their hands before you walk in.

If a signal like ApoB is moving but not yet clinical, you'll know — and your Doctor will have what they need to consider it alongside everything else they're tracking for you.

The Member arrives prepared. The Doctor arrives informed.

MyConsult doesn't replace your Doctor or their judgment. It supports the work they're already doing — bringing organized context to the visit, so the time you have together can be spent where it matters most.

For the Member: peace of mind, knowing what matters most is on the page — and elevated health literacy about the markers that actually matter. For the Doctor: a patient who arrives organized, with relevant context and considered questions.
